Professional focus. Since joining Merit Consulting in 2021 as a Computer Engineer and Systems Administrator, I have supported core IT operations—from technical support and network reliability to DNS, email systems, website maintenance, and secure infrastructure.

Education. My foundation includes Computer Information Systems from Northwest Arkansas Community College and Computer Science from the University of Arkansas College of Engineering.

Hello! My name is Fadi, and I am a passionate and experienced Computer Engineer dedicated to harnessing the power of technology to create innovative solutions and drive positive change. From my earliest encounters with technology, I have been fascinated by its potential to transform lives and empower communities. This curiosity evolved into a lifelong commitment to learning, growth, and excellence in the ever-evolving tech industry.

Educational Background
I began my academic journey in the United States at Northwest Arkansas Community College, graduating in 2015 with a degree in Computer Information Systems. This program provided a strong foundation in the practical applications of technology within business environments, exploring how computers and software solve real-world business problems and how to implement, maintain, and support computer systems and software within organizations covering: programming logic, C++, Web Design and Development, and Database Management. These foundational skills prepared me to tackle real-world challenges in the tech industry.

To further enhance my technical expertise, I pursued a degree in Computer Science at the University of Arkansas College of Engineering, graduating in 2020. This program emphasized both theoretical and applied aspects of technology, equipping me with advanced knowledge in Software Engineering, Computer Networking, Information Security, Operating Systems, and Digital Systems Design. During this time, I honed my skills in programming languages such as C++ and Java, laying the groundwork for a career focused on innovation and efficiency.

Professional Experience
In 2015, while pursuing my college education, I took a significant step in my career by joining WhyteSpyder, a digital merchandising company that combines years of online retail experience with innovative proprietary technology. As an intern in the United States, I was exposed to the intersection of technology and business, working on email marketing projects that strengthened my technical skills and deepened my understanding of technology-driven business solutions.

After completing my second degree, I relocated to the UAE in 2021 to join Merit Consulting as a Computer Engineer and Systems Administrator. In this role, I manage a wide array of responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of the company’s IT infrastructure:

  • Technical Support: Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to maintain efficiency.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Overseeing website maintenance, DNS configurations, and network drive optimization.
  • Email Systems Administration: Setting up new accounts, monitoring for spam, and performing seamless migrations.
  • Website Systems Management: Keeping company websites secure, operational, and up-to-date.

My contributions have directly enhanced system reliability, optimized performance, and streamlined operations.
